受付可能時間
月水金（Mon, Wed, Fri） 10:00～21:00
火木（Tue,Thu） 10:00～19:00
土日祝（Sat, Sun, Public Holidays） 18:00～20:00
※ボルダリングが初めての方はご利用いただけません。
This facility is not available for first-time boulderers.
1度でも登ったことのある方はご利用可能です。
Those who have climbed before are welcome to use it.
初めての方は、けがのリスクが大きいため、有人営業中のみご利用いただけます。
For first-time users, due to the high risk of injury, use is only permitted during staffed hours.
有人営業時間（Manned business hours）
【火水(Tue,Wed) 19:00~21:00 土日祝(Sat,Sun,Pub) 11:00~17:00】
- 経験者の方で無人営業中のご利用を希望される方は、
下記にお電話の上、スタッフの説明に従いご利用ください。
Experienced users who wish to use the facility during unmanned operation should call the number below and follow the staff’s instructions.
※お支払いは、基本PayPayとなります。クレジットのご利用も可能です。
Payment will primarily be made via PayPay. Credit cards are accepted.

- 受付の際に「お名前」「電話番号」「利用料金」を確認いたします。
At registration, we will confirm your name, phone number, and usage fee.

- PayPayでお支払いの際は、PayPay用QRコードを読み込みお支払いください。
If paying with PayPay, please scan the PayPay QR code and complete the payment. - クレジットカードでのお支払いは、クレジットカード用QRコードを読み込みお支払いください。
If paying by credit card, please scan the credit card QR code and complete the payment.

- お支払い完了後、対応スタッフよりキーボックスの番号をお伝えいたします。
After payment is completed, our staff will provide you with the key box code.

- 柱についているキーボックスを開け、黄色いタグキーを取り出してください。
Open the key box on the pillar and take out the yellow tag key.
⇩
- 黄色いタグキーを黒いボックスにかざすと扉の鍵が開きます。
Hold the yellow tag key over the black box to unlock the door.

- 扉の鍵をキーボックスにしまってください。
Please put the door key in the key box.
⇩
- 鍵は自動で施錠されます。外出の際は必ず携帯電話をお持ちください。
The door locks automatically, so please bring your mobile phone when leaving the facility.

- 靴を脱ぎ、下駄箱（受付の奥の白い棚）の下段に靴を入れてください。
Please take off your shoes and place them on the bottom shelf of the shoe rack (the white shelf behind the reception desk).

- 登る際のルール（コースの見方）については、壁に貼ってあるテキストをご覧下さい。
Please refer to the text posted on the wall for the climbing rules and how to read the routes.

- レンタル品の利用方法
How to use rental items
シューズ：下駄箱（受付の奥の白い棚）の上段に並んでいるシューズから、
サイズの合うものを選んでご使用ください。
受付横に、返却カゴをご用意しております。お帰りの際は、そちらに入れてください。
Shoes: Please choose a pair of shoes that fit your size from the shoes lined up on the top shelf of the shoe rack
(the white shelf behind the reception desk).
A return basket is provided next to the reception desk.
Please place your shoes in there when you leave.
チョーク：下駄箱の左横にかかっています。ご自由にご使用ください。
Chalk: It’s hanging to the left of the shoe rack. Please feel free to use it.
- 空調と照明について
- About air conditioning and lighting
下駄箱横にスイッチがあります。
There is a switch next to the shoe rack.
エアコンは、ご自由にオン・オフしていただけます。
You are free to turn the air conditioner on and off.
照明は、入室時も退出時も触らないでください。
Please do not touch the lights when entering or leaving the room.
- 更衣室とロッカーについて
About the changing rooms and lockers
ジムの奥右側にあるレストスペースを背に向けると、黒いカーテン（自販機横）があります。
If you turn your back to the rest area at the back right of the gym, you will see a black curtain (next to the vending machine).
その奥が更衣室です。カーテンを閉めてご使用ください。
The changing rooms are beyond that. Please close the curtain before using the changing rooms.
大きな荷物は、白い棚をご利用ください。
Please use the white shelves for large bags.
トイレのご利用方法
How to use the toilet
1度外に出ます。（扉の開錠ボタンを押してください）
Please go outside once. (Press the unlock button on the door.)
扉を出たら、左へ曲がり建物の脇の通路へ入ります。
Once you’ve left the door, turn left and enter the passageway next to the building.
左側に黄色い扉のトイレがありますので、ご使用ください。
There is a toilet with a yellow door on your left; please use it.
戻る際は、再度キーボックスから鍵を取り出し、扉を開錠してください。
When you return, please take the key from the key box again and unlock the door.

You may also press the emergency buttons located on the wall.
(One is on the right side of the entrance door, and another is behind the pillar at the back of the shoe rack.)
